With 21 years of hands-on real estate investing experience, Jacquelina Jablonski is a Chicago-based entrepreneur known for building structure where others see chaos. She leads operations and strategic growth across multiple ventures while actively managing and transforming her rental portfolio with precision and purpose.

As Founder and President of the Southwest Housing Providers Group, Jacquelina has created more than a professional network — she has built a movement. SWHPG is a growth-driven platform where housing providers are educated, challenged, and empowered to operate at a higher level. Her leadership style blends accountability with encouragement, pushing others to strengthen boundaries, refine systems, and step fully into their role as business owners.

Jacquelina believes there is always another level to reach — and she builds environments where others rise to meet it.

She is committed to raising the standard of landlording in Chicago and cultivating leaders who are ready to evolve, execute, and grow.

Ivan has been a real estate owner for 15 years and in the roofing industry for 17 years. He is a constant motivator and believes that by surrounding oneself with knowledgeable, like-minded individuals, anybody can grow. Through the SWHPG, he strives to support people and encourages everybody to help each other by sharing tips and even secrets.

Mahmoud “Faisal” Elkhatib blends a background in chemistry, law, and real estate to provide strategic guidance on complex transactions. With over 12 years as a real estate attorney, he has supported clients through foreclosure defense, closings, mergers, acquisitions, and asset protection. Known as The Bow Tie Attorney, he also works as a licensed real estate broker and serves as General Counsel for two not‑for‑profit organizations focused on housing revitalization and equitable homeownership.

Juan is passionate about real estate and has been a housing provider since 2018. He’s a multifaceted investor who has experience in rehabs, acquisitions, negotiations and many aspects of REI. His goal for the SWHPG is to bring value and share his knowledge with others looking to embark in the real estate journey.
